Terms of use

These terms govern your use of FXAIUNI and everything on it: the public website, the academy, published setups, tools and member features. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

The service is provided by [Licensee legal name — to be supplied] (ABN [ABN — to be supplied]), holder of AFSL [AFSL number — to be supplied].

Everything we provide is education and general information. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not personal financial advice or a recommendation to trade any product.

We do not place trades, hold client funds, operate managed accounts or act as a broker. All trading decisions are yours alone.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for one person — sharing login credentials is not permitted.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Paid memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes take effect at your next renewal, never mid-period.

Do not copy, redistribute, resell or publish our lessons, strategies, indicator modules or published setups. Do not scrape the site, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform to provide financial advice to others.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we are able to.

All course material, strategy documentation, indicator modules, written content and platform code remain our property or that of our licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the material for your own learning.

Content you create — journal entries, notes, saved layouts — remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you.

We do not warrant that any strategy, setup, tool or lesson will be profitable, accurate for your circumstances, or suitable for you. Market data, indicator values and AI-generated explanations may contain errors, delays or omissions.

You accept full responsibility for any trading decision you make and for any loss that results.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it in the preceding twelve months.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to your account email before taking effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
