Answers to the common questions

If your question is not here, contact us and we will answer it — and usually add it to this page.

Getting started

Do I need any experience to begin?

No. Stage 1 assumes you have never opened a chart. It starts with what a currency pair actually represents and builds from there.

Do I need a broker account?

Not to start. Stages 1 to 4 need no account at all, and Stage 5 uses a free demo account. Choosing a broker is covered separately, with no referral arrangements.

How much time does the academy take?

Around 12 to 15 hours of reading across 30 lessons, plus the exercises. Most people work through it over four to eight weeks, which also gives the practice time to be meaningful.

Academy and assessments

Why do stages unlock in order?

Each stage assumes the one before it. Learning strategies before position sizing is how people lose accounts while holding correct analysis.

What happens if I fail an assessment?

Nothing. Retake it as many times as you need — questions are drawn in a different order each attempt, and the explanations are shown either way.

Do I get a certificate?

You get a completion certificate for each stage. It records that you completed the material at the required standard. It is not a qualification, licence or accreditation of any kind.

Memberships and billing

How do I cancel?

From your billing settings, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. No lock-in contract, no cancellation fee.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with the remainder of your current period credited; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Do you offer refunds?

See the cancellation and refunds policy for the full detail, including your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Published setups and AI

How many setups are published?

As many as the rules genuinely produce, which in quiet conditions can be none for several days. We do not publish filler to hit a quota.

Why is no position size given?

Because a size depends on your equity and your risk budget, neither of which we know. The calculators work it out from your own numbers.

Can the AI tell me what will happen next?

No, and it is specifically built not to. It explains supplied facts and reasoning. Every number it reports is calculated in code before the model sees it.
