Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time from your billing settings. No lock-in contract. Memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.
There is no lock-in contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
What happens to your data
Your account, progress, certificates and journal entries remain available on the free tier after a paid membership ends. Paid features simply stop.
If you want your account deleted entirely, ask us and we will delete everything we are not legally required to retain.
Refunds we offer
If you are charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period, we refund it in full — just tell us.
If a technical fault prevented you from using a paid feature for a significant part of a billing period, contact us and we will refund or credit that period fairly.
Because access to digital content is immediate, we do not routinely refund a period you have already used simply because you changed your mind. Cancelling stops the next charge.
Annual memberships
Annual memberships can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Where more than one month of an unused annual term remains and you have not substantially consumed the material, contact us — we will consider a pro-rata refund on its merits.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: they must be provided with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose we described.
If we fail a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund, a re-supply of the service, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss, depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your account email, the charge in question and a short description. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and resolve within ten. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority or your state consumer affairs body.
This policy is a working draft prepared for a platform in development. Have it reviewed by an Australian legal practitioner before launch.
